- The kitchen staff are responsible for completing whatever meal related tasks are delegated to them by the Head Chef. In addition to meal preparation and clean up tasks interaction with dining assistants will occur on a daily basis.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare 3 meals a day
- Dish & Pot washing after each meal
- Handling Deliveries
- Mopping & Cleaning of kitchen and surrounding areas
- Prepare & Clean up OD snack on a rotating basis
- Food preparation
- Prepare coffee for breakfast/dinner
- Periodic count of utensils, dishes, cups, pitchers etc.
- Previous kitchen experience, including prep work and kitchen maintenance.
